Our Guest Card

A plus for your holiday
The new Guest Card offers guests of our member accommodations the opportunity to discover the high apple plateau Naz-Sciaves and South Tyrol by public transport with just one ticket. According to the motto: Car-free - well connected.
Owners of the Guest Card can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge. You also enjoy many free benefits, such as travel on selected mountain railways and cable cars, free entry to over 90 museums in South Tyrol and participation on the weekly programme of Naz-Sciaves.

The benefits:
  • Free and unlimited travel on public transport in the whole of South Tyrol (regional trains & buses)
  • Free ride with the cable cars on the „Gitschberg“ in Maranza and „Jochtal“ in Valles in the period from 9 May to 12 July 2024 and from 16 September to 2 November 2024
  • Cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Meltina and Vorano, the Renon narrow-guage railway, the funicular railway to the Mandola and the PostAuto Switzerland to Müstair can be used free of charge
  • Free rides with the cable car from Rio di Pusteria to Maranza
  • Free access to some 80 museums, exhibitions and collections (from 1 April 2024)
  • Free ride with the alpine bus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp
  • Skibus service in the winter months to the Gitschberg-Jochtal and Plose ski areas

The card is not available for purchase. It will be handed out to the guest by the accommodation on the day of arrival, the price of the card is included in the room rate and is valid for the entire duration of the stay. The card is not transferable.

Other cards

Mobilcard

Mobilcard allows you to use the public bus and rail network throughout South Tyrol for 1, 3, or 7 consecutive days. You can choose which one you want to use. All types exist for adults, children (0-6), and juniors (6-13).

Included in the network are:
• Regional trains (Eurostar/Intercity excluded) from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to San Candido/Versciaco
• All urban and extra-urban bus services
• The cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Colle, Verano, Meltina e Maranza
• The narrow-track railway on the Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendola mountain
• The PostAuto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Müstair.

Museumobil Card

The museumobil Card is a combined card. With it, you get access to museums and to all means of public transport in South Tyrol. There are two types of this card: a seven and a three-day card, both for adults and for children (aged 6-13).


The card allows its owner to use all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrolean Integrated Transport Network:
• Regional trains (not Eurostar/Intercity) from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to San Candido/Versciaco
• All town and extra-urban bus services
• The cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Colle, Verano, Meltina e Maranza • The narrow-track railway on the Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendola mountain
• The PostAuto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Müstair.

Bikemobil Card

The bikemobil Card allows you to make full use of South Tyrol's Integrated Public Transport network for one, three or seven consecutive days. In addition, on one day of your choice within the expiry date of your bikemobil Card, you can rent a bike at one of the bike-rental points at the railway stations, in their surroundings, alongside some bike paths or in various further rental points marked “Bici Alto Adige” or “PapinSport”.

The public transport network includes:
· Regional train services in South Tyrol: from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to San Candido/Versciaco
· Local bus services (urban, extra-urban and citybus services)
· Renon, San Genesio, Colle, Verano, Meltina and Maranza ropeways
· Renon tram and Mendola funicular
· The PostAuto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Müstair.

How to reach us without a car

Traveling to South Tyrol by train means getting on board and leaning back, reading a good book, having time for yourself, and enjoying the landscape. This way, your vacation basically starts already before arriving at the destination. South Tyrol is very easy to reach with the trains from Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), as well as German Federal Railways (DB).
The last kilometres from the train station in Brixen/Bressanone to the Residence Klementhof in Natz can be comfortably covered with the Südtirol Transfer Shuttle or taxi.
